Description
After the death of his father, Chihiro (SOMETANI Shota) lives with his older half-brother Togo (SHIBUKAWA Kiyohiko). Although Togo and his girlfriend Satomi (SETO Natsumi) warmly welcome him, Chihiro’s loneliness lingers, and he becomes engrossed in practicing a strange improvisational dance with his classmate, Naoya (ISHIDA Hoshi). When Naoya’s girlfriend breaks up with him, a series of events are set in motion, leading to tragic consequences.
A prequel to an as-yet-unreleased project known as “Floods”, “Touching the Skin of Eeriness” is a haunting mystery dominated by enigmatic dialogue and captivating movement.

Description
Yuzo (OKABE Nao), a censorship mosaic editor for pornography videos, lives in an apartment with high schooler Mitsuki (OGAWA An) with whom he shares a peculiar companionship. When Satsuki (Hyunri), a documentarian, reaches out to Yuzo regarding a film she intends to make about the death of her sister, the true nature of Yuzo and Mitsuki’s relationship is revealed.
A short piece originally made as a reward for those who contributed to the crowdfunding campaign for “Happy Hour” (2015), HAMAGUCHI describes “Heaven Is Still Far Away” as “[his] first ghost story”.
